About Zoe

Graduate Diploma of Counselling | Bachelor of Communications | ACA Level 1 Registered Counsellor

Zoe works with adolescents (16+) and adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or trying to make sense of a challenging period in their lives. Her approach is grounded in person-centred therapy, creating a calm and respectful space where clients feel heard and understood. She also draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and relational approaches, supporting clients to explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions and relationships and develop practical strategies for change.

Her work includes supporting adolescents and adults, including men and women navigating the pressures of midlife, work, and caring responsibilities.

Before moving into counselling, Zoe spent more than 20 years working closely with people in complex and high-pressure environments across government and the private sector. This experience gives her a thoughtful and grounded understanding of the pressures people often face.

Zoe’s approach is warm and collaborative, focusing on helping clients navigate life’s complexity through small, practical changes that support healthier patterns and lasting change.

Zoe aims to create a calm, supportive space where clients can reflect, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes in their lives.

Sessions are available in person at Murrumbateman Specialist Centre.
